Jill is Founder & President of Jill Christensen International, a global firm focused on teaching companies her proven strategy to re-engage employees. Jill spent 22 years in Internal Communications at global Fortune 500 telecommunications companies before launching her consulting business in 2009.
When Jill became a consultant, she quickly acquired clients in other industries, including Financial Services, Electronics, Mining, Retail, Pharma, Technology and Government. It was at that point when she discovered companies in all industries were having issues with their culture and employee engagement. This led Jill to write her best-selling book, If Not You, Who, Cracking the Code of Employee Disengagement, in 2016, and embarking on a journey to help every company in the world re-engage their employees in an effort to drive higher levels of profitable revenue growth.
Jill has served as the head of Global Internal Communications at both Avaya and Western Union. She is a best-selling author and international keynote speaker, holds a Six Sigma Green Belt, and was recently name a Top 100 Global Employee Engagement Influencer for 2017.
She works with the best and brightest leaders around the world to re-engage employees, improve productivity, retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. Her clients include: Novartis, ARROW, Crocs, TIAA, ACT, CSG International, the Colorado Governor’s Office of IT, Collective Goods (formerly Books Are Fun), and numerous non-profit organizations.
Jill’s proven approach to increase employee engagement has led her to speak throughout the United States, Canada, Malaysia and India. Jill grew up in multiple U.S. states, but now calls Denver, CO, her home thanks to the incredible mountains and skiing, and her love of U.S. football.
