M.A.T., M.ED

Learn how to build a corporate culture that will use social capital to build a truly inclusive team, increase your bottom-line, increase retention and improve communication to your end customer.

Growing up in Chicago, like so many others, Curtis found it easy to drift into a life of violence and crime. Curtis made his way to the very top, and quickly became one of Chicago’s most recognizable and notorious gang members. His drug dealing created untold misery and suffering within the community, while earning him over $150,000 per month.

A special task force was put together for the sole purpose of bringing him and his associates down. Curtis’ life of crime came to an abrupt halt when he witnessed the cold-blooded murder of his best friend, who was face planted off the porch of his Southside Chicago home. With his own death staring him in the face, Curtis came to the sudden realization that if he wanted to survive, he’d have to change his life around.

What follows is an inspirational account of how he managed to become an educator/administrator and earn himself two degrees, a Master’s of Arts in Teaching and an Educational Specialist in Administration and Supervision.

Curtis brings all of this experience and passion to make sure that every single person who attends his program will never be the same.

MANAGING THE CHAOS OF IDENTIFY THEFT: BUILDING A BRAND WORTH STEALING

If your identity is not worth stealing you need a new one. In today’s highly completive workplace building a brand that cannot be stolen is a thing of the past. If possible you want to be known for what it is you do, but you also want to be reproduced in the hearts and minds of those you service. For that to be possible, you must be willing to allow parts of your identity to be stolen. Not your business plan but your essence, your word, phrases and/or symbols. If you want to build your corporate identity and allow it to go home with your consumers this is the program for you.

Learning Outcomes:1. Participants will learn how to build a corporate face
2. Participants will learn how to build chunks in order to be stolen
3. Participants will learn how to allow their identity to shine in any environment
